Financial Business Partner(FBP)-Senior Manager

【Job Responsibilities】

1. Make annual budget and effectively supervise, guide and inspect the implementation of the BU budget. Make timely and appropriate adjustments according to the situation.

2. Establish BU’s financial management system, manage BU’s cash flow, and assist to build transaction structure in order to avoid potential capital and business risks.

3. Establish and improve financial model and provide regular BU financial analysis.

4. Provide comprehensive analysis results and reports to support company operations and management decisions.

5. Work closely with Group company’s financial team to promote the company's overall operational efficiency and financial management. 6. Finish routine tasks assigned by superior.

【Requirements/Qualification】

1. Bachelor’s degree or above with professional education background majoring in accounting or equivalent.

2. 3-5 years or above financial working experience in budget analysis, financial planning and other relative financial functions in HK local brokerage firm, insurance brokers or wealth management companies.

3. Comprehensive financial expertise, know well of financial knowledge including tax, capital, foreign exchange and other related fields. Audit working experience in PWC, DTT, KPMG and EY is preferred.

4. Solid numerical analysis skills with clear logic to undertake daily financial support for BU.

5. Excellent problem solving and communication skills.

6. Skilled in using excel and PPT.
