For customers conducting business locally or around the world, we offer a comprehensive range of services including corporate lending, trade and receivables finance, structured loan, cash management, investment, treasury services, insurance and e-Banking services. As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.

We are currently seeking high caliber individual to join us as Head of Syndicated Finance and Corporate Advisory.

Principal responsibilities

• Supervise Syndicated Finance and Corporate Advisory team on loan origination and distribution matters, and executing corporate advisory business opportunities
• Primarily responsible for origination and structuring of syndicated / structured finance transactions as senior product specialist
• Work jointly with business units / relationship management teams on loan origination and capital market activities from client referral perspectives
• Oversee the P&L, strategic planning and MI reporting for the product
• Ensure better risk management and profit maximization

Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years of relevant loans syndication and structured finance experience
• Proven track record in loans syndication field with high level market contacts, and familiar with the Greater China market landscape
• Ability to deliver strategic initiatives to stay ahead of the competition
• Ability to work with multi-stakeholders, influence and operate effectively in a highly matrix environment
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills in both English, Chinese and Putonghua
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player, with leadership capabilities
• High level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customers
