Job Description

• Media monitoring, news clipping, promoting news stories and features to the media
• Copy-writing including press releases, speeches and promotional materials
• Supporting coordinating events including media interviews, press conferences, promotional events, seminars, conferences, and local community activities
• Proof-reading and amending texts for promotional materials, including work reports, leaflets, posters, banners, etc.
• Handling enquiries and requests from the media

Job Requirements

• Degree holder preferably in Communications, Social Sciences, Languages or equivalent
• Min. 2-3 years relevant working experience
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Proficient in PC applications including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
• Willing to work beyond office hours
