• Promote loan products and provide quality customer services
• Handle consumer loan applications
• Assist in preparing credit proposals and loan documents

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with a minimum of 1 year of customer service experience
• In-depth knowledge of secured/unsecured lending products
• Good communication, relationship building and proactive selling skills
• Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proactive, self-motivated and eager to learn
