Reporting to the Corporate Training Manager , the incumbent will conduct or assist in all training activities in Hong Kong and China.

Job Responsibilities:

• Prepare training materials and all related matters
• Conduct training classes for in-house staffs and external clients
• Assist in evaluation of the effectiveness of the training programs 
• Take up assigned ad-hoc projects

Requirements:

• Qualified from either CIDESCO, ITEC or CIBTAC
• At least 3 years’ relevant experience in skincare sector
• Experience in conducting training program and prepare training materials independently
• Good presentation and communication skills
• Mature personality and strong sense of responsibility
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese
• Good command of PC knowledge
• Occasional travel is required 

Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Assistant Training Officer.
