Job Description

Our client is an international company provides healthcare, travel and lifestyle concierge service for prestigious banks' individal premier clients.

Location : Quarry Bay (5 minutes from MTR)

Customer Service Consultant

* Mostly inbound calls.

* NO Telesale duty and NO Sales quota

Working hours :

* 42.5 hours per week (equivalent to 5 days a week)

* shift duty and work on Sat/Sun and public holidays (7:30am - 01:30 am)

* 100% taxi reimbursement for off duty after at 24:00

* shift allowances will be offered

Salary offers for different team :

I)Premium team : HK$20,000 - 25,000

*basic salary - depends on related experience plus KPI x 13 months and bonus

II) Share team : HK$ 18,000 - 20,000 (other as premium team)

III) Salary (Health care & emergency service) : HK$15,000 - 17,000 (basic salary - depends on related expereince) plus shift allowances x 13 months

Requirements :

Diploma/Degree holder
Good sense of lifestyle and experiences in providing high level CS service gained from hotels, travel agencies, hospitality, entertainment or healthcare, hospital, emergency service or insurance firm.
Experience in call centre is an added advantage
Native in Cantonese, fluency in English and Mandarin (spoken and written)
Ability to thrive and multitask in a fast paced energetic environment.
