RESPONSIBILITIES: -

• Supervise and assign work orders to Facility Management team to carry out daily operation, routine repair and maintenance work
• Provide technical guidance for E&M improvement works
• Schedule and implement planned maintenance work as assigned with contractors and customers
• Monitor the progress of all contracted-out projects and tenants’ fit-out works
• Prepare approval formation to top management for the procurement of any goods/services
• Assist in testing and commissioning of tenants’ fit-out works and handover of premises to new tenants
• Maintain ISO9001:2008 and ISO14001:2004 QEMS System for data centre operation

REQUIREMENTS: -

• Degree holder in Electrical Engineering or Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ solid experiences in Building Electrical and/or MVAC Operations and Maintenance
• Experiences in change / incident management
• Familiar with UPS, Generator, Chiller, Air-Conditioning Unit, LV switchboards and CRACs
• Holder of Electrical Worker License Grade B or above is highly preferred
• Data center operations experiences will be an advantage
