Our client, a leading internet-related services and products company in Shenzhen is looking for engineering professional with Bachelor degree or above specializing in engineering cost, mechanical and electrical engineering or project management. 

Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for the control of infrastructure, computer room and other engineering projects, and put forward audit opinions and risk management suggestions during the project development process;
• Assist in achieving project risk management objectives;
• Responsible for data analysis and recommendations for infrastructure, computer rooms and other engineering projects;
• Participate in the control of the entire infrastructure project, including budgeting, bidding, contracts, changes, final accounts, progress, life cycle management, etc.

Requirements:-

• Bachelor degree or above, specializing in engineering cost, mechanical and electrical engineering or project management;
• More than 12 years of experience in cost, project, finance, audit or internal control management of the corresponding project;
• Proven experience in feasibility study, planning, scheme design, detailed design, cost estimation, budgeting, coordination & financial control for large development projects including office buildings, commercial plaza & hotels;
• Strong ability in information collection, data processing, analysis and judgment;
• Integrity, enthusiasm, and good communication skills;
• Fluency in Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin) and English;
• Shenzhen station.
