Job Scope:

- Interim and final assessment of payment for the contractor's work;

- Financial monitoring and associated reporting;

- Liaison with client, subcontractors, suppliers on tender & contract issues;

- Tender preparation and cost control;

- Monitor, co-ordinate and maintain records for relevant contractual entitlements (e.g. claims,

variation orders etc.);

- Monitor the materials, works on sites and purchase issues.

Requirements:

- Independent, self-motivated, mature, detail-minded and a good team player;

- Strong sense in claims, cost and contractual aspects;

- Strong negotiation and communication skills;

- Methodical approach to carry out assignments and clear headed;

- With Diploma in Quantity Surveying or above;

- Minimum 10 years QS related work experience; having site experience with civil work;

- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Quantity Surveyor

- Good PC knowledge.
