Responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise contractors to carry out site work, to complete according to the target time frame and company standard
• Conduct regular site inspection, providing technical advice to contractors, handle and solve site problems
• Handle public complaints
• Attend site meeting with concerned parties e.g. HyD and other Utility Undertakings (UUs), builders and BMOs to ensure projects to proceed smoothly and be completed within required time frames
• Conduct site surveys with contractor & make necessary arrangements before commencement of work
• Arrange site measurements, check and certify assessments and invoices submitted by contractors
• Record daily progress of each project by photos and site work records
• Handle documentation works e.g. update project and permit status, Completion Notices (CNs), work defect records etc.
• Handle civil maintenance works, including ECO

Requirements:

• Diploma holder of Civil / Electrical / Electronic / Communications or related disciplines
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in TELECOM Civil (duct network) Construction and Maintenance
• Familiar in XPMS 
• Mature and independent with good communication skills
• Good command of verbal and written English & Chinese
