Responsibilities: 

• Assist in preparing project budget, estimation, tendering and procurement.
• Assist project team to prepare reports and keep track of costs.
• Proficiency in general quantity surveying and contract administration skills which include taking off quantities from drawings, scrutiny / preparation of cost estimates, contracts and subcontract document, evaluation of variation orders and payment claims, records collation and documentation for claims submissions and settlement of final accounts.
• Handle ad-hoc activities and projects as required.

Requirements:

• F.5/ DSE/ Diploma / Certificate in Quantity Surveying / Building Construction or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years experience in Quantity Surveying or Estimating
• Strong numerical sense, excellent data interpretation & analytical skills, able to meet tight schedules
• Good interpersonal skills with team spirit and initiative 
• Good commend of written & spoken English and Chinese
• Good MS Excel skills
• Immediate available is preferred
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Estimator
