Assistant Quantity Surveyor (Head Office located in Tuen Mun) 

Major Responsibilities:

-Provide all-round quantity surveying duties

-Cost control, budgeting and preparation of final accounts for projects

- Prepare tender documentation and assist in the procurement and contract administration

- Monitor sub-contracts and review documentations

- Identify value variations, monitor contract payments and preparation of sub-contract liabilities

- Deal with clients / consultants/contractors on matters related to quantity surveying services

- Other ad hoc duties as required

Requirements:

-Diploma or above in Quantity Surveying

-2 years relevant working experience in Quantity Surveying for construction projects

- Proficiency in PC applications including MS Office and Chinese word Processing

- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.

- Well organized, detail-minded, independent and able to work under pressure

- Willing to work at construction site occasionally

- Immediately availability is preferred

Benefits / others:

- 5.5 working days per week

-  Working Location: Tuen Mun Central Square

-  1-year contract, renewal of contract subject to performance review

-  13- month salary plus performance bonus

-  7-day annual leaves

-  Salary 16K or above
