Responsibilities:

• To overview project operations and site coordination works and attending site meeting
• To prepare documents of drawing, material submissions and work schedules
• To liaise with contractors and sub-contractors
• To assist Project Manager on design, tendering, budget estimation and procument

Requirements:

• Degree/ Diploma/ Higher Certificate holder in electrical or Building Services Engineering
• Knowledge of government requirements (Hyd, EMSD, MTRC.) or experienced in managing sites of new residential buildings
• 4 years’ relevant working experience, candidate with less experience may be considered as Assistant Engineer
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
• Proficient in CAD drawing
• Registered Electrical Worker in Grade A or B will be an advantage.
