Responsibilities

• Assist the technical team to handle owner’s/ tenant’s requests on technical related services
• Conducting routine inspection and preparing inspection reports
• Assisting preparation of tender documents for the repair, maintenance and replacement services
• Supervising repair and maintenance works of subcontractors
• Participate in ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Higher Diploma or Degree in Building Studies/ Building Service Engineering/ Building Surveying/ Mechanical/ Electrical or equivalent
• Holder of Registration of Electrical Worker Grade A/B or above is preferred but not a must
• Preferable 3 years’ relevant experience with engineering position in Property Management/Maintenance Contractor’s field and/or in related to Building or E&M repair works

(Candidates with less experience or fresh graduate from university will be considered for the post of ASSISTANT BUILDING ENGINEER)
