Nomad is looking for a highly motivated Project Manager with 5-7 years of design-build construction project experience to join our energetic team.  The Project manager has the overall responsibility for project performance and customer satisfaction, taking it from tender to completion.

• Min. 5-7 years of working experience in Project Supervisor
• Commercial design projects co-ordination & handle a full set of design detail drawings
• Interface & coordinate with all project-related parties including sub-contractors & designers, etc
• Excellent communication & coordination skills plus ability to serve client’s amiably under pressure
• Well-organized, responsible, stable with a positive working attitude
• Able to work independently
• Good command of both written & spoken English, Cantonese
• Immediately available preferred
