Job Duties

• Oversee project progress against the project plan on-going basis
• Report project progress to the client on a periodic basis as mandated by the contract
• Maintain strong working relationships with major suppliers and sub-contractors for smoothly running ground operations
• Guide subordinate in developing the short-term construction plan using a bottom-up approach; Review and approve the same and seek validation from the client

Job Requirements

• Degree holder in Building/Civil Engineering
• Minimum 15 years' relevant experience in Hong Kong building projects, preferably oversea or local experience in large scale of theatre projects;
• Relevant Professional Qualification is preferred
• Proven team leadership and contractual awareness
• Excellent planning and negotiating skills
• Good communication skill in English and Chinese
