Responsibilities:-

• Preparation of tender submission / tender analysis;
• Liaising with Clients / Consultant / Sub-contractors;
• Responsible for pre and post contract including estimating, cost control, measurement, procurement arrangement, contractual issues of projects;
• Preparation of variation orders, interim payment and settlement of final account of various projects;
• Assist the project management team to handle contractual and costing related issues;

Qualifications : -

• High Diploma/Degree in Quantity Surveying or relevant discipline;
• Minimum 2 years relevant experience, preferably with interior projects is advantageous;
• Excellent communication / negotiation / interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work independently & under tight schedules and pressure;
• Good command of written & spoken English / Cantonese (Mandarin will be an advantage);
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD is required;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Assistant Quantity Surveyor;
