Responsibilities 

• Assist in full range of product development and design functions.
• Handle development sampling on a daily basis
• Research and analyze fashion trend direction
• Sourcing & selecting of fabric, trims and garment materials for sampling & production
• Delivering product presentations to customers & marketing material preparation

Job Requirements

• Degree holder or above in Fashion Design or related disciplines, preferably graduated in overseas design institutions
• Minimum 4 - 5 years' solid experience in designing and developing fashionable sweater garment, especially for ladies' wear in US / EU market
• Strong fashion sense and sourcing network
• Good knowledge in yarn and colour concepts
• Previous design & product development experience in high-end fashion brands is preferable
• Creative thinker and with strong passion in fashion design
• Good presentation and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Photoshop and Illustrator
• Knowledge in Optitex, Apex or any other 3D Virtual Fashion Design Software are definitely an advantage
• Good command of written & spoken English
• Able to communicate in Mandarin is definitely an advantage
• Able to meet tight deadline and can work under pressure
• Occasional travel to China is required
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the post of Design & Product Developer
