Duties:

- Understand the strategic goals from Design Director

- Manage/execute/implement multiple categories design projects from design concepts to final artwork and production independently in order to meet business objectives

- Responsible for the integration cross categories for design teams

- Take charge of the design collaborations inside and outside the teams

- Lead design team to achieve high quality design work and meet deadlines

Requirements:

- Degree in Fashion Design or related disciplines

- Minimum 10 years solid experience in senior designing positions, preferably with multinational sports companies

- A strong sense in sports apparel or Graphic design, excellent communication and management skills

- Able to create vision and strategy for the team

- Excellent leadership skills with good team spirit as well as good communication and interpersonal skills

- Proficiency in spoken and written Chinese (including Mandarin) and English is a MUST

- Willing to travel frequently (may station in HK for about 2 months per year)

- Immediate availability is highly preferred
