Responsibilities :

• Manage and support key elements of an on-going transformation program with different teams across two countries
• Technical leadership including gaining a deep understanding of current platforms and technologies used and shaping future direction
• Liaise between development teams and management in order to prioritise and complete the tasks crucial to the development of the businesses
• Document and analyse all current net systems and see how we combine and integrate them with a new PHP based system
• Support and improve existing PHP systems whilst the new ones are prepared to take over
• Guide younger members of the PHP team in order to improve and build on their knowledge
• Team leadership: Coaching, support and development of the development team and continuous improvement / engagement with other teams
• Inspire and motivate the development team to deliver high quality work and help them to estimate and plan upcoming work
• Management and prioritisation for all development and technical deliverables
• Support e-commerce in new marketing strategy and new business development when necessary
• Manage E-Commerce platform development and digital marketing project solution development
• Closely monitor, analyze and optimize all campaigns to identify opportunities and areas for improvement for the success of eBusiness
• Work with teams from the UK in order to create new mobile applications in order to bring a better customer experience to the end users
• Work on optimising customer's journeys across the three businesses to see where improvements to conversions can be made

Requirements :

• Bachelor Degree in Information Technology / Computer Science / Business or other relevant disciplines
• Minimum 5 years' experience in web development, strong in using analytics to drive business / marketing results, transforming data to actionable insight and recommendation
• Rich experience working within telecommunications industry, especially in mobile phones sector
• Knowledge with UK online shop business and experience in E-Commerce, Amazon platform and Alibaba platform, etc
• Experience with Project Management
• Solid technical knowledge - web responsive design, HTML, CSS, PHP, SQL , etc
• Good knowledge of software implementation best practices and Expertise in System Design
• Proficient in MS Excel for analysis and presentation of data and statistics
• Excellent communication and people management skills - including experience working across teams / departments.
• Previous experience as a Lead Developer or Development Manager, ability to motivate and drive a team towards its goals.
• Good command of written and spoken English
• Strong Analytical Skill and detail minded
• Proactive and ability to work independently
