This position is responsible for developing business opportunities in Hong Kong & China market.

工作內容 / Job Duties ::

• Taking care of multiples e-commerce websites
• High Volumes of product listings, description writing & images findings 
• Manage product listings, pricing and competitive offerings analysis
• Providing excellent customer service in English, Mandarin & Cantonese
• Manage all communications with customers and order processing cycle
• Perform professional up-sales & cross-sales 
• Work across different functions/departments to ensure end to end business results and customer satisfaction
• Maintain social media, blogs related to listing products on daily basis
• Translate products descriptions ( Japanese, English, Tradition & Simplified Chinese )
• Assist in marketing ad-hoc project events with other teams/departments

工作要求 / Requirement :

• Experience in handing multiplies sales platform: ebay, amazon
• Experience in eCommerce, Programming, Interactive Design, Sales & Marketing 
• Strong written and spoken in English, Traditional & Simplified Chinese ( Japanese is preferred )
• Work well with team mates and customers to achieve targets
• Good interpersonal skills, self-motivated, detail-oriented with a strong sense of responsibility 
• Immediate availability is preferred
• Must able to work overtime, off-site & ad-hoc project assist

Preferred Extra Know-How & Background:

• Writing & Reading in Japanese  
• Knowledge and Interests in Japanese Toys & Hobbies
• Knowledge & interests in TAMIYA and hobbies products especially MINI4WD, Scale Models, Paints & Tools would be an advantage
  
• Knowledge in shopping carts: woo-commerce, magneto, opencart..etc
