As a Sales and Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of our new eshop (.com) and manage our overseas franchisees.  Please refer to the job descriptions below for details.

Job Descriptions:

Eshop

• Develop, maintain and upgrade our e-shops (.com) to drive business growth and achieve business objectives
• Manage e-shop’s renovation, information flow and merchandise arrangement
• Plan and implement on-line sales promotion and marketing programs
• Track online sales progress, traffic and click-through rate etc and provide analysis for management review and strategic planning
• Identify and set up alliance with major eMall, search engines and portals

Franchisee Business

• Assist in developing business opportunity with potential and existing overseas business partners
• Support implementation of marketing programs to develop new markets
• Provide information on product & pricing directives through overseas market analysis
• Provide service and support to overseas business partners, and assist them in setting up distribution network and operations
• Support oversea business partners to drive sales, achieve sales growth and monitor their compliance to our brand image and policies
• Communicate between overseas business partners and product development team on buying and product related issues

Requirements:

• Degree holder in e-commerce or sales and marketing or related disciplines
• Minimum 3 years solid experience in e-commerce and manage overseas customers
• Good planning, analytical and organizing skills with strong business acumen
• Good presentation, interpersonal, communication skills and attention to details
• Self-motivated, able to work in a fast paced corporate environment
• Proficiency in excel, power point and Chinese word processing
• Innovative, independent and a good team player
• Good command of both spoken and written Chinese, Mandarin and English
• Occasional travel to overseas is required
• Immediate availability is highly preferred
