Supply Chain Solutions Support Assistant (B2B platform)

Duties:

• Assist and support the users for on-boarding a Supply Chain B2B platform
• Report the on-board progress on a regular basis
• Support training and workshop to engage users on-board
  
• Follow up users on-boarding
• Prepare workshop or training materials and user manual
• Answer enquires and assist customer to set up account
• Monitor the operation of the B2B platform, prepare test plan and test
• Provide mapping services for data conversion of different format
• Collect users requirements and prepare documents
• Provide consultancy service to customer about the EDI implementation practice

Requirements:

• Degree or above of IT or any other related disciplines
• 1 years or above related working experience
• Fresh graduate of IT will also be considered
  
• Basic knowledge in an ERP or Supply Chain Management system is an advantage
  
• Basic knowledge in EDI standards or e-Commerce is an advantage
• Skillful in MS PowerPoint, Excel, Words, Projects is a MUST
• Well-organized, good presentation and communication skills
• Good at both written and spoken of English and Chinese (Mandarin)
