Job Description

Job Purpose:

In line with the overall company’s vision, strategy and goals, contribute to the development of integrated and omni-channel marketing strategies to generate brand awareness, store and online traffic, customer engagement and prospective customers’ data acquisition.

Work with Online Retail and Marketing to detail bought media plans supporting individual marketing programmes to reach targeted customer segments across online in Hong Kong, ROW, China

Implement performance marketing touch points across territories and share post mortem insights and lessons learned which need to be incorporated in future initiatives

 

Programme Planning:

  • Work with Senior Digital Marketing Executive to develop plans and tactics for the always-on online marketing channels in HK, ROW, China to include, but are not limited to: paid search, affiliates network, performance display and content display push.
  • Develop plans and tactics for the seasonal & smaller online marketing channels in HK, ROW, China includes, but are not limited to: online banner, online magazine, tablet/mobile/app, online video, online partnership and all digital advertising
  • Initiate, explore and manage new online marketing projects to improve Marketing channel efficiency, expand Marketing channels and business
  • Assess needs by each market in order to drive sales through digital marketing efforts
  • Work closely with Marketing and Brand Creative for all always-on, seasonal and smaller digital media creative planning and production

Programme Delivery and Management:

  • Work with agency partners on executing plans for always-on programs in HK, ROW and China to deliver traffic, conversion and ROI targets:
  • Search Engine Marketing
  • Affiliate network
  • Performance display
  • Provide recommendations on the digital marketing plan for online activities activity, working closely with relevant teams (with Marketing and Online Trading) to optimize marketing channels for the online business
  • Work closely with Marketing and Brand Creative design team for online materials design brief including imagery, messages, languages and specific spec for each media.
  • Participate in online partners’ selection, negotiation, budgeting and planning
  • Develop and maintain a good and productive relationship with existing and new online partners / agencies
  • Assist in ad hoc projects

Performance Reporting:

  • Monitor daily online metrics to analyze and evaluate the campaign effectiveness. Identify best practices. Continuously test, optimize and improve the campaign performance
  • Ensure all marketing and retail teams understand and support the digital marketing strategies by providing analysis of each activity’s performance, sharing post-mortem reports, learning and insights.
  • Establish best reports and reporting processes

Training and Development:

  • Proactively manage own development within the Online Retail team, regularly seeking support and training from the Online Retail Manager
  • Gain 360-degree perspective of all aspects of the business in-store and online across all BUs
  • Develop knowledge of digital marketing using trading knowledge to drive sales
