Responsibilities:

• Provide tailor made consultation including programs and package to prospective customers
• Monitor students’ learning progress and communicate with customers to give advice
• Manage the center’s class schedule and manpower to utilize the facilities
• Handle inquiries from students and parents to maintain positive relationship
• Supervise tutors
• Ensure a smooth working and teaching environment in the centre

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• Possess effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident and proactive with a positive attitude
• Able to multi-task & work under pressure
• Possess a detail-oriented mind with excellent problem-solving skills
• Computer literate, especially in Microsoft Office (Word & Excel)
• Fluent in Cantonese & English, Mandarin is an advantage
• Possess skills at AI or design software will be an advantage
