Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for operations management functions of the newly setup plant at Vietnam;
• Work closely with senior management to plan, organize and manage the overall operational activities covering production and manufacturing engineering;
• Overall responsible to maximize revenues and profitability for the operations of the accounts assigned;
• Responsible for cost control and cost savings in every stage of the operations;
• Take a leading role to work and maintain cooperative relationship with other departments and ensure speedy launch of new products, smooth mass production and excellent customer satisfaction;
• Train and develope subordinates to enhance their job knowledge and effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering/ Mechanical/ Manufacturing Management/ Business Administration or related disciplines;
• Minimum 15 years working experience in electronics manufacturing industry (SMT Manufacturing experience will be a plus) with at least 5 years at managerial level;
• Knowledgeable in electronics manufacturing, manufacturing engineering and production/ material planning;
• Good leadership and communications skills, detail-minded and strong problem solving skills;
• Fluent in written and spoken English, proficiency in spoken Mandarin & Cantonese;
• Station at Vietnam.
