Job Duties:

• Support technical team for maintenance and renovation services
• Prepare and manage contractors’ working schedules
• Prepare monthly payment records and files
• Attend emergency calls
• Support administrative work

Requirements:

• Certificate in Engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 1 year relevant experience in property maintenance
• Good communication skills and interpersonal skills
• Good spoken and written English & Chinese including Putonghua
• Familiar with MS Words, Excel and Chinese word processing
