Responsibilities:

• Provide technical application and sales support to customers, such as on-site system installation and configuration, machine parametric setting, customer application training, repair and maintenance service for medical equipment.
• Support new product introduction and testing.
• Project management: monitor product quality, delivery schedule and work progress, to devise remedial solution when required.
• Liaise with customers to gather requirements, maintain good relationship and deal promptly with enquiries and complaints.

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated in Computer Science / Information Technology / Bio-Medical Engineering or equivalent.
• Preferably with knowledge in medical electronics and computer hardware/software configuration.
• 4-5 years hands-on experience in field servicing of electro-medical equipment is an advantage.
• Self-motivated , responsible, able to work in team-work environment but also capable to work independently when required.
• Good command of Chinese, English and Mandari.
