A leading multinational medical device is seeking for a Field Service Engineer to join their technical service team in Hong Kong.  The service engineer will be responsible for mechanical and electronics installation, modification, preventive and corrective maintenance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage instruments and systems installations following the company guidelines and procedures.
• Demonstrate proactive attitude to acquiring technical understanding of products
• Carry out proactive and preventive maintenance and modifications
• Identify and resolve technical issues before and after sales
• Design and develop customized solutions according to the client's requirements
• Responsible for keeping inventory up-to-date
• Provide technical training to medical professionals

Requirements:

• Degree in Biomedical Engineering or Electrical and Electronic Engineering or similar
• At least 2 years working experience in service engineering within the medical device industry, preferable from medical imaging background
• Excellent troubleshooting and analytic skills
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of Chinese and English
• Ability to establish and maintain a good working relationship with medical professionals
