Overview 

We are looking for an experienced technical leader to work with key partners and technology providers to develop indoor and outdoor Wi-Fi solutions for the enterprise and industrial markets.

The Role 

As a Senior RF Engineer, you will be part of a cross-disciplinary team to conceive and design innovative Wi-Fi solutions. You will work closely with the Product Management team to engage third party suppliers for driving key aspects of product definition, execution and optimization. You must be responsive, flexible and able to succeed within a collaborative and fast-paced environment. Your main focus will be on RF systems.

 In this role you will:

• Work with the Product Management team to define the specifications of enterprise and industrial-grade Wi-Fi products
• Engage third party technology partners to drive product design and development
• Implement, validate, and optimize RF and other sub-system circuits
• Take the products through development, testing, ramp up and sustaining
• Evaluate the design and specifications of OEM products
• Mentor junior engineers in areas of expertise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic Engineering or equivalent experience

• Strong system design experience for commercial wireless products

• 5+ years of experience in RF circuit design and system integration

• 3+ years of experience working with OEM / ODM suppliers

• Hands-on experience with RF lab equipment including VNA, power meters, spectrum analyzers, and vector signal generators

• Deep technical background in OFDM, MIMO, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and LTE

• Experience in regulatory approval of US, Europe, and China Wi-Fi certification

• Good analytic, problem-solving, and communication skills

• Ability to build strong relationship with partners, probe them for answers, and advocate appropriate solutions clearly and effectively

• Good command of oral and written English and Mandarin

• Occasional travel is required
