Duties:

1)    The appointees will be responsible for new polymer materials development specifically for Transparent Conductive Films (TCF);

2)    Build and lead a research team to implement the TCF related projects, including technical process improvement, new application development, partnership management, etc;

3)    Cooperate with R&D team and marketing team to further develop the ongoing projects and technology;

4)    Responsible for ad hoc tasks assigned by supervisors and any other duties as required.

Requirements:

1)    PhD in Chemical Engineering, Material Science, Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry, or related areas is required;

2)    Solid R&D experience in chemistry or polymer based materials development;

3)    5 years or above post-graduation R&D experience in related area;

4)    Good troubleshooting skills, able to take initiatives and work independently;

5)    Must have a sense of ownership for his/her work;

6)    Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
