Responsibilities:

• Follow up on sales orders and monitor delivery schedule to ensure delivery time
• Communicate with different vendors on production time, delivery & logistics
• Provide inventory analysis for management
• Make sure product deadline and technical requirements are met before shipping
• Responsible for developing long term relationships with vendors/suppliers through visiting and daily communication
• Analyse supply chain efficiency, such as work flow, lead time, logistics.
• Responsible for proposing improvements to improve supply chain efficiency
• Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects as and required

 Requirements:-

• Higher Diploma, Associate Degree, Degree Holder or above. Supply Chain Management/ Logistics/ Industrial Management related disciplines preferred but not a must.
• Effective communication, presentation and collaboration skills. Ability to work fast, independently & proactively
• Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Immediate available is highly preferred
• Travel to the Mainland China is required 
• 1-2 years of relevant working experience in supply chain analysis/management. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Candidate with more experience or higher qualification will be considered for the position of Supply Chain Offier.
