Responsibilities

1. Assist to conduct surveys with site workers, subcontractors, and engineers to well understand E&M installation scenarios and practical problems to be solved with new tools.
2. Liaise to collect site working environment/condition, logistics requirements and other constraints for product development considerations.
3. Define product specifications according to roadmap and milestones.
4. Collaborate with system and software design disciplines to define machine operation processes.
5. Lead mechanical design and drawings with creative mechatronics’ mindset.
6. Coordinate with factory/workshop/external teams to well control project schedule, quality, and sourcing tasks.
7. Demonstrate and train site engineers, service team and customers for field applications.
8. Application feedback and defect recording for product improvement.

Requirements

1. Degree or High diploma holder or above, with major in Mechanical Engineering/Mechatronics/Machine Design/Control/Robotics.
2. 2 years’ experience in relevant industry; Internship in recognized corporations or awarded recognized design references are also advantages. Less experience will be considered as Assistant Mechanical Engineer
3. Hands-on mechanical design software skills and project management skills.
4. Fluent in both Putonghua and English is an advantage.
5. Experiences in robotic design is a plus.
6. Required to travel to PRC when necessary.
