Responsibilities:

• To handle guest reservation & confirmation
• To greet hotel guests and answer guest inquiries
• To take care of guest check-in & check-out (including proper billings)
• To communicate and coordinate with all working associates efficiently and effectively
• To participate in on-the-job-training, when necessary
• To render full support and ensure smooth running of daily operation of Front Office, including inquiries, reservation, check-in, stay and check-out
• To provide all hotel guests with personalized & professional services

Requirements:

• Diploma in 'Hotel/Hospitality Management' or equivalent
• Fresh graduate or 1 year relevant experience  
• Good command of spoken & written English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Hands-on PC skills
• Pleasant, polite, initiative, well-organized and people-oriented
• Working on shift is required

Attractive remuneration, 6 days work week, 1 extra rest day per month, 12 days annual leave, MPF, medical insurance coverage, incentive, bi-annual performance bonus and year-end double pay.
