The purpose of the Food and Beverage Management Trainee Programme is to train and develop trainees to become future leaders in the group. The trainees will be joining an entry level position with increasing duties and responsibilities to junior management.  They will work alongside with managers within all the Food & Beverage outlets throughout the Club.  They will be expected to support the Food & Beverage operations by completing general tasks and projects throughout the 2-year period of training.
