職責/ Job Responsibilities

• Handle full process of travel planning delivery
• 接觸及講解個旅行服務過程
• Handle dairy enquiries and complaints with courteous manner
• 以良好友善態度處理日常查詢及投訴
• Build good relationship with customers; identify their needs and solve questions
• 顧客戶建立良好關係以及解決問題
• Handle administrative and ad-hoc duties
• 處理一般文書工作及突發事情

職位要求/ Job Requirements

• Diploma or above
• 文憑或以上
• At least 1 year or above working experience in customer service
• 一年或以上客戶服務經驗
• Knowledge in Hotel, Tourism, Aviation or Property Management are an advantage
• 酒店, 旅遊, 航空及物業管理經驗優先考慮
• Patient, able to work independent with good listening and communication skills
• 具耐性, 獨立工作以及良好聆聽及溝通能力
• Fresh Graduates will also be considered
• 歡迎應屆畢業生

• 每週五天工作45小時 (需輪班)
• 5 work days(Shift)
• 薪金每月$15000
• Salary Range $15000
• 14天年假
• 14 days paid Annual Leave
