About the opportunity:

The role is to assist the Operation Team in coordinating local travel arrangement for inbound Japanese travelers.  Provide attentive service and emergency support to customers in Hong Kong.

Requirements

• Diploma or above;
• 2 years’ work experience of inbound travel is preferable;
• Polite, customer oriented, hard working with good communication & interpersonal skill;
• Good command of Japanese is a must;
• Basic knowledge of computer skills - Microsoft Office;
• Shift duties on Saturday and public holiday is required;
• Immediate available is highly preferred.
