Responsibilities:

• Responsible for local retail and overseas export business of supplies purchasing including food and non-food items.
• Source and develop new suppliers to support new product development and maintain stable and guaranteed quality of operation
• Develop and execute purchasing procedures smooth to ensure operation by material planning, on-time delivery, costing control and inventory control.
• Propose and plan strategies for assessing supplier to cost effectiveness and product improvement;
• Review supplier performance regularly to ensure their competitiveness in terms of cost and quality
• Maintain efficiency and effectiveness on the workflow and communication with other departments

Requirements:

• Minimum 8 years relevant procurement experience in food industry or food trading or catering.
• Degree Holder/ Higher Diploma in Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Food Sciences or related discipline
• PC knowledge essential
• Good command of spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Self-motivated, good communication, interpersonal skills and negotiation skills
