Job Duties

• Supervise the Reservations Team and provide an accurate and updated reservations records
• Handle incoming phone calls and guests' enquiries for room reservations
• Input and update guests’ information in reservations system
• Provide administrative support in preparing reports and filings

Job Requirements

• Diploma or degree holder of Tourism / Hospitality Management or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years’ relevant reservations experience in hotels or travel operators, of which 1 year’s at supervisory level
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
• Well versed in computer literacy
• Attentive to details, well-organized and able to work under pressure
