Responsibilities:

• Work closely with Sales & Marketing Department to provide culinary solutions and recipes design etc for promoting company’s brand and products
• Perform culinary demonstration to customers and handle the whole demonstration process, including but not limited to recommend and purchase food ingredients
• Coordinate with internal departments for providing market insight, developing new products, improving existing formulae and conducting taste test etc.
• Provide product application training to internal departments
• Other ad hoc projects as assigned 

Requirements:

• At least 5 years Chef experience preferably gained in Chinese meal / Cantonese cuisine / Western cuisine
• Good communication skill with presentable manner
• Self-motivated with passion in Chinese meal / Cantonese cuisine
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Immediate available is highly preferred
