Key Responsibilities

•       Supplier searching and relationship management
•       Customer relationship coordination
•       Itinerary planning and design, description writing and costing control
•       Handle corporate account booking for air tickets and hotels
•       Tour leader / guide when required
•       Group tour operation coordinator
•       Tender search

Requirements

• At least 3 years’ experience in travel industry
• Knowledge in flight and hotel reservation system
• Diploma or above holder in tourism related discipline is highly preferable
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, able to deal with external parties
• Proactive, patient, efficient and detail-minded is highly expected
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese as well as Putonghua
