Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to Operations / Food & Beverage team
• Responsible for sourcing & purchasing of food and non-food items
• Source and coordinate potential suppliers to introduce new products
• Manage and monitor stock replenishment and allocations
• Manage logistics arrangements for receiving, stocking and transferring in order to support daily operations
• Update and maintain food menus, documents and records
• Prepare regular sales reports and provide insights to management
• Handle ad-hoc tasks as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Food & Beverage, Retail or FMCG industry
• Interested in cinema industry
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese
• Pleasant, highly organized and innovative
• Proactive and able to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent people management skills
