Job Description
職責Job Responsibilities
- Management and supervision of all kitchen operations, daily communications meeting with kitchen heads and junior staff to manage the day to day production plan and volumes.
- Manage relationships with clients and distributors and resolve comments, complaints, requests and any other issues promptly.
- Daily management and preparation, bulk preparation of base product line, inventory management, overall kitchen hygiene, and cleanliness.
- Quality Control, responsible for quality control and tasting finished goods; making sure they are at the proper standard and are presented correctly before they go out to the client.
- Ensure highest standards of safety, hygiene, and sanitation practices are always maintained in the kitchen.
- Daily, weekly and monthly monitoring and reporting on scheduling, payroll, inventory, sales, costs.
- Maintain and update the recipe card file, keep up with industry trends, and create new recipes.
- Training new staff to fit into the restaurant system and keep the kitchen in a good productive shape.
入職要求 Requirements:
- 5 years or above of kitchen management experience in a large institutional kitchen or hospitality operation.
- Responsible, punctual, diligent, leadership, self-motivated and people skills
- Specialize in Taiwanese Food and good knowledge in western cuisine
- Extensive food and beverage knowledge
- Good command in Mandarin
