Responsibilities:
工作職責:
- Take food and beverage orders, introducing seasonal delicacies as well as advises guests on the selection of food and beverage items
協助客人點單,推介餐廳季節性的菜單及向顧客提供餐飲的選擇服務
- Assist the manager in daily operation
協助經理管理餐廳日常運作
- Handle table settings with correct layout and cleanliness of equipment
負責餐桌擺設,確保設施的陳列整齊及清潔
Requirements:
工作要求:
- Strong sense of restaurant operation and social skills
具備良好餐廳運作及社交技巧
- At least 3-4 years working experience in Japanese F&B industry with proven management skills and leadership
最少三至四年日本餐飲業的工作經驗,並有懂得管理及領導技巧
- Good command of spoken & written English and Cantonese
需具備流利廣東話及英語會話及書寫能力
- Well knowledge in Japanese cuisine, wine, sake and whisky would be an advantage
熟悉各類日式料理、飲品及酒類會優先考慮
