Responsibilities:

• To achieve company’s sales and revenue targets by developing and managing food service business
• To maximize brand exposure and sales opportunities with partnership with customers
• To prepare sales quotation and forecast
• To build and maintain professional relationship with customers
• Orders follow up and liaise with customers independently
• Work with finance departments to facilitate payment collections
  
  

Requirements:

• Post-secondary education / Higher Diploma or above
• 3 years sales experience in food industry, with food and beverage sales experience an advantage, more experience candidates will be considered as Sales Manager
• Experience in Pastry/ Dairy/ Meats products will be an advantage
• Strong network in Restaurant/Hotel Trade is preferable
• Target oriented, aggressive and positive attitude
• Excellent in interpersonal and communication skill
• Strong entrepreneurship with a strategic mindset
• Effective communication in Chinese and English
