As the Restaurant Manager, you will lead the team to provide high-quality food and service dining experience to our customers. You need to ensure a smooth and efficient restaurant operation as well as to maintain its profitability and quality.

• 管理餐廳運營業務，激勵團隊，為顧客提供優質的用餐體驗

Manage the catering operation, motivate team members to provide an excellent dining experience to customers

• 制定長短期運營策略、程序和目標，以達至銷售目標和卓越服務

Set up short-term and long-term strategy, operational procedures and goals to achieve overall sales targets and service excellence

• 與所有職能團隊密切合作，達至業務成果

Work closely with all functional teams to drive business results

• 制定並執行銷售計劃

Formulate and execute sales plan

• 指導員工

Provide guidance and instructions to the team members

職位要求         You should be

• 學位/文憑                                             Degree / Diploma holder
• 具8年或以上中式餐飲工作經驗          More than 8 years’ Chinese catering experience
• 熟悉餐飲流程、成本和預算控制          Strong in F&B work flow, cost and budgetary control
• 具宴會經驗                                          Experience in banqueting
• 獨立、具商業頭腦                               Independent with business acumen
• 良好的團隊合作精神                           A good team player
• 良好溝通，分析和解決問題能力         Good communication, analytical and problem-solving skills
• 精通英文和中文                                   Proficiency in English and Chinese
• 可即時上班優先考慮                           Immediately available will be a strong advantage
