Job Description

Product management:

  1. Defining a new smart lighting system and with controllers, light-fixtures and system components, from idea to market.
  1. Finding innovative and value adding product- and system features for new products.
  2. Brief to graphic designers and communicate with R&D team for products' development.
  3. Create content for presentations, system descriptions, documentations, product flyer and user anuals.

Marketing:

  • Develop marketing tools with selected partners: videos, photos, flyers, website etc
  • Prepare and attend fairs and exhibitions worldwide. Introduce Sycra to potential clients, partners and journalists

Market analytics:

  1. Carrying out market studies and compare Sycra products with existing products on the market, finding price points and ways to improve Sycra products and get better USP`s (benchmarking)
  1. Long-term studies: aggregate information and analyze data following a rigorous methodology. Synthesize and prepare presentations about findings aimed to top management.
  2. Mid-term studies: realize competitors’ benchmarking and presentations about their activity/projects to enable sales and marketing teams to have up-to-date business information.
  3. Identify market trends to develop new range of products or to help customers to improve their ideas

CRM:

  • Prepare lighting design datasheets
  • Follow-up with exclusive clients and partners. Define offers (specs, price and schedule) for ODM projects.
  • Prospect new clients by attending networking and professional events. Collaboration with designers and sales people. 
  • Set-up good practices and after-sales service. Answer daily to clients needing assistance.
  • Maintain corporate CRM system (create new leads, prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices etc. using Bitrix24 CRM).

Project management:

  • realizing trade shows
  • following up product development projects

Required skills

  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive and able to deliver under tight schedules
  • Good problem solving, communication, leading & negotiation skills 
  • Strong expertise in architectural lighting industry (minimum 5 years)
  • Excellent English skills
  • Available for international business trips
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to identify trends, understand business drivers, and communicate findings and recommendations
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio)

The following skills and experiences are beneficial:

  • Lighting design knowledge
  • Technical engineering background
  • IoT knowledge
  • Project management experience
