The job holder is to assist the Business Development Manager of General Catering Division to develop business opportunities and perform customer services activities.

Responsibilities

1. Identify new business opportunities and assist in business development projects.
2. Prepare proposal, presentation, market research and customer surveys.
3. Develop and execute marketing events and customer retention program.
4. Liaise with internal departments and vendors for training program.
5. Responsible for customer relationship management.

Requirements

• Degree or above holder in Hotel & Catering Management or Marketing or Business Administration.
• At least 2 years solid experience in sales and marketing preferably in industrial catering.
• Articulated in professional presentation skills and communication skills.
• Mature, independent, detail-minded and passionate.
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese, computer literate, e.g. Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese input etc.
• Experience in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop is highly preferable.
• Positive thinking and willing to take up new challenges.
• Knowledge in catering industry would be an added advantage.
