The Role:

Based in HK, in-charge the overall responsibility to provide PC/infrastructure supports, serve as the strategic interface with assigned business units or functional area for the purpose of business technology strategy development, solution discovery, service management, risk & security management.

Responsibilities:                                                                            

• Act as both in-house ERP Consultant and System Administrator
• Own the overall IT applications development and IT infrastructure necessity to support the operational needs, enhancement and new business initiatives of the corresponding business unit (BU)
• Manage and communicate an overall view of key operational and systems support activities to keep the business operating effectively
• Administer IT equipment incl. client workstations, servers, network equipment, firewalls, office automation system, etc.
• Vendor management experience to work with SI and partners to effectively manage resources to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Provide on-site MIS, technical and application support to users
• Lead application development projects
• Responsible for managing the risk related to user environment including user interface and physical environment

Requirements:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or relevant discipline
• At least 7 years working experience in sizable company in which 5 years in managerial/supervisory level. Experience in system applications and Oracle JD Edwards financial (preferably with Enterprise One, distribution modules, Cognos report/Hyperion Report/Diva system will be definitely a plus
• Strong infrastructure and network design experience for multiple countries
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with customer-oriented mind-set
• Excellent command in written and spoken English and Mandarin for communication with overseas offices
• Plan and build the infrastructure with scale and resiliency for the business
• Occasional travel is required
