Executive Summary:

• EDI implementation and Data Integration (Oracle / IBM / SAP)

Major Responsibilities:

• Prepare blueprint of EDI platform and data integration roadmap
• Define standard procedure and data convention in implementing EDI with internal parties and external parties
• Define global and local master data set for integration and business across regions
• Plan continuous improvement initiatives
• Creates standard implementation project plan and individual work tasks for fitting requirements
• Working with related parties to develop the data definition, data format and data usage and data accuracy
• Measure the usage and quality of the data and EDI and sustain the integrated processes
• Prepare for project status reviews and quality assurance procedures.
• Provide functional/technical services to support group EDI and Data Integration.
• Monitor and Troubleshoot EDI connectivity with the source system(s)
• Review and conduct quality assurance on the deliverables prepared by team before deployment
• Troubleshoot the discrepancies (reports and data) between the EDI & data integration platforms and sources systems.

Key Requirements:

• Degree holder in Computer Science, Information Systems or related discipline
• At least 8 years relevant experience, including 3 years in a leader role
• Solid experience in EDI implementation and Data Integration with 1st tier ERP
• Experience in implementation customer or vendor portal is an advantage
• Knowledge in Oracle ERP integration and development platform
• Knowledge in IBM System Integrator software
• Strong communication skill, analytical skill, problem solving skill and debugging skill
• Being well organized, have systematic mindset and eager for excellent output
• Able to work under pressure and always ready for communicating with various parties in different regions & giving urgent support
• Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
